important step for the further development of the campus to an international hub for trend-setting innovation.

”We are delighted about the settlement of this internationally respected think tank at the Ludwig Bölkow Campus and we are confident that additional renowned research institutes will follow“, states Alexander Mager, Managing Director of Ludwig Bölkow Campus GmbH.

“The move to the Ludwig Bölkow Campus enables Bauhaus Luftfahrt to cooperate even more closely with important partners in view of long-term questions related to aviation“, explains Professor Dr. Mirko Hornung, Executive Director Research and Technology. ”At our new location we are pleased to work more intensively together with relevant key personnel beyond already running projects and to give new impulses for the future of aviation.“

The internationally-oriented think tank Bauhaus Luftfahrt complements perfectly the start-up companies and research institutes already based at the campus.
